What the week's package includes:
- 5½ days of parkour training

The Morzine training plan focuses on developing balance, strength, dynamism, agility, endurance, precision, spatial awareness and creative vision. It teaches the essential skills needed to practice parkour including all the fundamental movements along with the development of the necessary physical and mental attributes.
Accommodation is based at Chalet Philibert situated in a peaceful location on the edge of Morzine village. Facilities include a bar, a gym, two saunas, a swimming pool with terraced garden seating area. There are also two exclusive relaxation areas for the parkour group where it is possible to relax, read or watch videos on the large screen.
Parkour Generations, in conjunction with the Yamakasi Founders and Majestic Force, has developed the only fully certified and Europe-wide recognised training system for parkour (ADAPT). All instructors are fully qualified and insured to teach parkour in any environment.
Instructors are fluent in English and French.
Who can take part?
The training programme is designed for both beginners and experienced parkour athletes over the age of 16. Although a basic level of fitness is recommended, there is no upper age limit.
The Morzine camp offers students either single room (with en suite bathroom) facilities or shared room accommodation. The maximum number of students per shared room is four. Most shared rooms have either two or three single beds.
All prices include full board, parkour instruction, airport transfers and ½ day white water rafting.
Prices do not include your travel costs to Geneva airport or your personal travel insurance.

All you need to do:
You simply have to make your way to Geneva airport by 13.30p.m on July 31st where we will meet you and transfer you to Morzine. We will return you to Geneva Airport the following Sunday (August 7th) no later than 9.30a.m.

Coming by air
easyJet and several other low cost airlines have regular flights to Geneva from destinations across Europe. You are advised to book as early as possible to get the cheapest tickets.
Coming by train
Geneva’s central railway station is a short metro journey to the airport. The service takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
You will also be required to have travel insurance. Insurance tends to be very low cost, typically less than €20. It is a requirement of the resort of Morzine and applies to all physical activity in the resort uch as winter sports, rafting, mountain biking etc. Parkour training is generally very safe. To date we have never had a serious injury despite thousands of hours of training and teaching all over the world. Our instructors are dedicated to your safety and well-being throughout your stay.
