Winterval Training Day
Feeling the cold? Dreading the winter blues and concerned about getting outside to train in the UK’s harshest season? Well, fear not – WINTERVAL is here!
January 8th, 2012 will see the launch of a brand new annual event from Parkour Generations, called WINTERVAL: a full day of training in the heart of London, exposed to the elements, ignoring the wind and rain, struggling against the cold... just as it should be!
One day of intensive training and practice in parkour/art du deplacement in central London, led by some of the world’s most experienced instructors and practitioners, Winterval will be held entirely outdoors. The training will include:
- Bodyweight strength and conditioning
- Movement challenges and creative tasks
- Tests of willpower and endurance

The event will expose everyone to all the core elements of what is involved in parkour training, and is both a great place for beginners to start as well as an excellent training experience for experienced practitioners.
