Hello, Bonjour, and Good day!
I'm sorry I never had the chance to properly introduce myself. My name is Stephen and I've been a practitioner of parkour for about 4 years. I've trained with a group ( Texas Parkour) for about a year and loved their general desire to embrace this sport from it's origins. I have since then have strived to maintain the philosophy that parkour generations and Majestic force have established, but I often feel as if I've never quite found that " connection" to my training as I should.
SO in order to rid my self of these trivial impediments I made a list to help further my training. This list was comprised of everything from moving to Europe to join PKGEN(Irrational.. I know) , to basic perfectionism of technique. Of course I narrowed it down so that I could acutually formulate an efficient ( and Rational) plan. I've accomplished many of my goals already , but some Have been hard to accomplish. I was wondering maybe if you could help.
Here are some of the goals I would love somme help with.
1. Does anyone have the stretch routines from the Rendezvou workshops? I would love it because I really want to up my stretch routine.
2. How does one apply to the ADAPT program? Does it cost money? Do you need to send in an application? I know this may sound silly, but I only ask this question because the PKGen website offers info but no application process.
I know. Short list. But I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find rescources adequate enough to suit my means. Please help?
