My name is Rhodri Williams. I am a university student studying film production in Cheltenham (originally London). Until about two years ago I was a practicing tracuer, then I got older, bigger, less flexible and time became so that I couldn't practice to a level that I wanted any more.

I am making this post because I have been set a project. That project is a four minute documentary. I would love to do this documentary on Parkour/freerunning and most probably set along the lines of a 'day in the life of'. I know, and this definitely is true for me, parkour is one of those things that really gets and teaches you. Trains you to see the world differently and in overcoming fears through training you can overcome fears in life as well. I know for me personally I owe a hell of a lot to Parkour and I want to let others know what Parkour has done and help it to inspire...really delve into the philosophy and ideology.

In short I'm looking for some people to star in this documentary. Be followed around for it bit, film a jam, film your day and see into your way of training. Any level is accepted, but someone who has been training for a while will be prefered.

Thank you for reading, and thank you for any help you can give me.

 Rhodri.
