Hey guys my name is Radeon I'm 14 years old. I'm in Parkour a week...and i have problem...i dont know what should i do!stop training or continiu. because when i just from place to place at the midle of the jump something stop me( i think it's the fear) and i fell alot because of that...What should i do? Stop training? or there is any other way to sty against the fear? Please help me guys i so like parkour...

By the way i'm not fat or something...i keep fit!
