About two months ago, I started to aim for increasing my flexibility, so I spent about 40-50 minutes, 3-4 times a week, on stretching.
I have recently started to feel very weird after going through my stretching routine. I feel extremely relaxed and light, and there's a tingeling sensation in my body, especially in my head, and It feels like I'm high somehow (I've never been high but it's the only description I have).
It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes, especially when I stretch for longer periods of time it happens. A few times it felt like I could fall asleep in the gym when I was laying on the floor.
Now, is this 'normal' and have anyone else experienced this and what could possibly be the cause?
The whole thing is pretty intresting. I felt some of it when I was stretching a little bit recently.
