The Debrief this week focuses on one of the most famous and talented Traceurs in the world. Tim 'Livewire' Shieff is now known the world over for his amazing handstands, epic tricks and big jump.

Director Dan Edwardes and Senior Instructor Chris 'Blane' Rowat are currently out in Columbus, Ohio ahead of the US Rendezvous event to deliver the level 1 ADAPT qualification course to the new batch of aspiring Parkour coaches. The three day course covers the essential points of becoming an assistant coach and requires the participants to learn about many different topics surrounding the discipline as well as the important aspects of teaching and coaching as a skill.

Today we took part in an event run by Sportinspired called the 'Community Games'. The idea is simple: local schools compete against one another in a 'sports day' where they are encouraged to try new sports. As PK is non-competitive we had to be a little inventive, but it seemed that the kids enjoyed it (judging by the noise) and it was deemed a success by all involved.
