ADAPT Level 2 Underway in London

The year's third 1st4sport ADAPT Level 2 coaching qualification course is now underway in London, led by Dan and Blane for Parkour UK, with all the candidates rising to the challenges very well. 

The Level 2 or Full Coach qualification is the world's only officially recognised parkour coaching qualification, created and endorsed by the founders and pioneers of the discipline, and is a true test of a practitioner's physical, mental and coaching abilities. It's rigorous and demanding and to pass the Level 2 is a great achievement, so good luck to all those taking part this week.
