Today saw the first airing on national TV of Channel 4's Concrete Circus - a look at the spectacular side of various 'urban' disciplines including skating, urban trial riding and, of course, parkour. The documentary showcases short films put together by practitioners and young film-makers, with the whole put together and directed by the one and only Mike Christie - director of Jump London, the documentary that first brought parkour to the public's eye in 2003 and starred Johann Vigroux, Seb Foucan and Stephane Vigroux.

Concrete Circus also features an interview with our very own Julie Angel, who was involved with the project, and parkour photographer Andy 'Kiell' Day was working behind the scenes on the production. Well worth a watch, click the link above for more information.
