How long have you been a Traceuse?

Coming up for three years now.

What movements are you currently working on?

Just general flow but loving exploring movements on rails right now.

What percentage of your training is conditioning?

A high percentage as I have poorly knees I need to strengthen.

Favourite strength and conditioning exercise?

I enjoy muscle ups and have recently been introduced to band sprints which are awesome.

Who is your biggest influence?

Shirtrix and Annty.

Favourite food?

That is a tough one! Right now Chicken Pad Thai.

Three current favourite training music tracks?

Depends on my mood, recently either a Nujabes track, a Paper Kites one or even a dub step/trance/dance kinda thing right now. Totally different genres but it needs to fit to how I feel in the moment.

Item in your bag you couldn't go training without?

How do you approach breaking a jump?

Without sounding like a total freak, I talk to myself.  Try to rationalise any negative thoughts, get my breathing under control, obligatory scrunching of my trouser pockets, clear my mind and go. I prefer to have no or few people around.

Where do you see Parkour in ten years time?

I see it in my life.

One piece of advice to Traceurs just starting out:

Do not be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.

Thanks Fizz!
