As well as being a dedicated Traceur, Joe is a qualified Personal Trainer and also knows a thing or two about healing people with his magic hands. How long have you been a Traceur?

About five and a half years


What movements are you currently working on?

Cat Leaps! I have a tendency to turn one leg out on landing so have been trying to undo this.


What percentage of your training is conditioning?

Too high a percentage


Favourite conditioning exercise?

Snatch! and Weighted Pull ups/Front Levers.


Who or what is your biggest influence?

Jiddu Krishnamurti.


Favourite food?

Nut Butters with chocolate.

Item in your bag you couldn't go training without?

Nothing. Although water is pretty useful.


How do you approach breaking a jump?

I wish I knew!
