Panos 'Toge' Almanlis is a Greek Traceur based in Athens who regularly visits us here in the UK. He is known for his friendly approach, progressive flips and epic videos. Here he faces our questions.

 

How long have you been a Traceur?

Three Years.


What movements are you currently working on?

Running Precisions.


What percentage of your training is conditioning?

For the first time since I started Parkour, it is 50/50.


Favourite conditioning exercise?

Muscle ups.


Who or what is your biggest influence?

Ipod and water.


How do you approach breaking a jump?

I try a similar and safer one many times to know that I can make it. I then look at it and when I am ready, I count down from five to one. When I reach one I do it.


One piece of advice to Traceurs just starting out:

Train hard and have fun doing it.
