This Saturday's fitness class promises to be an interesting one as we'll be bringing some special tools along to the session to mix things up a bit.

 

Expect the usual blend of hard training and surprises, but with more focus on using different pieces of equipment  to help develop strength and new skills. This unique session will run on a regular basis, every few weeks as part of the regular fitness class to keep the class evolving and increasingly challenging for the veterans and beginner's alike.

 

No booking necessary, just show up to Maida Vale station for a 10:30 start. We hope to see you there!
