On the 9th and 10th of March, team members Blane and Steve will be flying out to Athens to participate in the first Athens International Parkour Seminar. Highlighting the contents of their bags and the shoes they are wearing at that moment in time, we have found it to be quite a revealing inside look into what traceurs/traceuses like to carry around with them from day to day.
Last year we were visited here in London by some of the PK Jaguars team. They were a great bunch of guys with some impressive skills and they show off these skills in this weeks video. Made for the national day in Kuwait, this video is due to be shown in cinemas around the country and has a good concept that really works. Nice one guys!
Last week saw fully-booked Parkour UK ADAPT Level 1 and Level 2 certification courses happening in the UK, run by tutors Blane, Dan and Pete, with all candidates putting in a great effort and doing incredibly well.

We're pleased to be holding a free parkour workshop this Saturday as part of Westminster's "Your Choice" initiative! The iniitiative is a youth led project to promote the anti-gang and violence campaign taking place in the borough, and we're delighted to offer parkour as an example of positive activities young people can get involved in.

This Sunday 24th February is our monthly 'Off the Wall' gathering. If you fancy joining us for the usual training, exploration and probably some Harlem Shuffle's, meet at 12 midday outside Holloway Road tube station. We will then go on to train outside the Emirates stadium. Please note that security at the stadium do not mind us training there as long as we don't climb on their buildings!
