On Friday night last week our new Asian branch, Parkour Generations Asia, got off to an officialy flying start by holding its inaugural public performance at Bangkok's Imperial Queen's Park Hotel prestigious rooftop party, Altitude.

The hotel roof is 50 storeys high ,towering over the city of Bangkok, and with our bespoke 15 metre high structure on top of this, the height was a new record for a parkour performance and made for an incredible spectacle. The performance team for the evening's shows featured Stephane, Dan, Annty, Johann, Bush, Blake Evitt, Jason Paul, Shaun Wood and Anan Anwar, and the shows were a massive hit with the 1500 spectators. The performances framed the set by Japan's incredible DJ Kentaro, and the full effect of the evening was captured by six camera-people and we'll have an edit out soon by none other than our very own Julie Angel who was present throughout.

For a taste of the evening, see the PKGen Asia Facebook Album here.

We're very happy with the developments so far in Asia, and this year you'll be hearing a whole lot more about what parkour is about to get up to in that region of the world... ;)
