As of March 1st we will be running regular Academy Classes in Bangkok, Thailand, via our new Far Eastern branch - Parkour Generations Asia.

Headed up by Stephane Vigroux, PKGen Asia will be running classes in collaboration with FIT (Fitness Innovations Training), Asia's leading provider of fitness and athletic training and qualifications. Stephane himself will be teaching at the new Academy, with indoor and outdoor classes running every week as well as a new Parkour Fitness session that will focus on developing the physical attributes to prepare and improve the body for parkour.
