- When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Due to the instant nature of the internet and its rapid processing power, you will be entering a contract for our goods as soon as you complete the payment process through either google checkout or paypal. Once payment has been made we will process your order and submit the items for delivery. Your account will show all of your order history and the current status of each order, including downloadable products for you to track and review.

- Our online store currently supports most methods of payment through both paypal and google checkout. These include Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Solo, Direct Debit and Paypal SendMoney.
Also, we accept payments in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli Shekels and Mexican Pesos.

- All orders made during the business week (Monday to Friday) require a processing time of up to 72 hours. These orders will then be dispatched to you through our courier and will arrive within 10 business days of the initial purchase. You can track the status of your order through your account panel in "My Account > My Orders".
- Downloadable Products
- Contrary to all other products, the downloadable items will be dispatched immediately through a one-time download link that grants you sole access to the product. We do not believe in DRM (Digital Rights Management) with our products, but please be aware that all of our downloadable items are copyright material and you must not redistribute any part of them. Once you have purchased a downloadble product you are able to then re-download whenever you wish through your account pages (See "My Downloaded Items").

Any domestic orders within the United Kingdom will be sent through Royal Mail using the 1st Class Recorded Delivery service
International orders will be sent with Royal Mail the "International Signed Forâ„¢" service.
All delivery prices are calculated by weight and destination.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery (if damaged), so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. - Stock
- All of our stock is electronically montiored and quantity levels are automatically updated through the store. This process allows us to give accurate stock levels to you, the customer. If there is any issues regarding stock availability you will be notified via email or phone to be offered a alternate item or the option to wait until stock has been reordered.
- Cancellations
- All cancellations must be done through either paypal or google checkout to stop the order. This usually have a limited period of 24hours. Since the processing time for us to sort out cancellations is costly, we cannot cancel any orders once they have been made through these systems. This is also to deter anyone to change their mind at the last moment. For this reason, please make sure all details are correct before you place an order.
- Returns
- If there is a problem with the goods that is not as a result of your actions, please contact us to discuss the matter further. You must keep all products sealed in their packets and you can only return them once agreed by our staff. If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund. If a fault is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to a repair within the warranty period. If a repair is not available, you may be able to claim a part or full refund of your money. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- Parkour Generations is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about you to process your order, we do not use these details to send you unsolicited information. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfil the delivery of your order.
When you make a purchase from ParkourGenerations.com you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and payment details. Details of all your order transactions will be collected and stored.
