With a background in ballet and gymnastics, Shirley was drawn to the discipline's creativity and dynamism of both mind and body. Since starting Parkour in 2008, she has developed a passion for holistic and well-rounded training and is now a regular coach for the women's outdoor classes.

Based in London, when not practising Parkour, Shirley works as a health worker and currently studies social anthropology and Thai.
