Felicity ‘Fizz’ Hood first trained as a gymnast for many years before going on to try every sport/art/discipline she could get her hands on in her ongoing search for a true challenge. Then she discovered parkour and fell in love with it from the first session. Fizz has since trained fanatically in London and around the world, recently qualifying as an ADAPT coach, and now instructs in the Parkour Generations Academy as well as working on various media production shoots as part of the Performance Team. For Fizz, meeting the people she has in this amazing community is just as important as the mental and physical strength that parkour has brought her.
